Payment Terms

  1. Where flat rates are applied, the exact scope and details of the project will be agreed upon in writing before work on the project begins.
  2. Unless otherwise stated by the provider, payments are made in advance, and work is done once payment has been received. For larger projects ($500 and up) a client may be given the option to make 50% deposit before work begins.
  3. When full payment has not been made in advance, the balance will be invoiced as work progresses or upon project completion. Invoices are due upon receipt.
  4. For projects scheduled to take longer than two months, monthly progress payments will be scheduled.
  5. Additional features or services requested after a project starts will be documented in a change order, along with the updated payment terms. In some cases an additional deposit will be required.
  6. Website code, relevant files, and login information to websites and related accounts is forwarded to the client after the final payment is made.
  7. We reserve the right to retain administrative control of domains, websites and blogs, and/or to retain source files and passwords until after final payment is received, and to temporarily disable or disconnect from the Internet any domain, website or blog developed by us, for which payment is in default beyond 30 days, until such time as the delinquent account is paid in full.
  8. Due to the nature of our work, fees for services we deliver are non-refundable once work has been done.
  9. A late fee of 2% per month will be applied where payments are past 30 days overdue.
  10. In order to avoid possible confusions, questions or communications related to invoicing and payment are in writing (normally by email).

Payment Methods

  1. Payment by Paypal – preferred.
  2. Payment by Direct Deposit – additional terms may apply.
  3. Payment by check – additional terms may apply.

Additional Terms

  1. We reserve the right to accept or reject projects proposed to us, for any reason, including but not limited to matters of ethics.
  2. Search engine optimization services will only be delivered for websites which we consider to meet proper standards of both ethics and quality. We may offer to help you improve the quality of your website before Search Engine Optimization begins.
  3. Websites and related services are delivered as-is, with no guarantees, express or implied, as to future performance or results.
